Small groups

Home / Small groups

From the beginning of the Christian faith, believers gathered in groups to learn, discuss, share—and occasionally wrestle—with the teachings of Christ.

Today at William Street, there are many ways to get involved in Bible studies and reading groups. From Sunday School classes for all ages, to the Bill Street Book Club and more. We also have youth and young adult groups. No matter where you are in your spiritual life, come as you are and find a small group of loving friends who share your interests and your desire to learn and grow in your relationship with God.

Females in Transition (F.I.T)

When: Temporarily paused

The Females in Transition (F.I.T.) group was formed to fill the need for women to reconnect with old friends and form new friendships as they face transitions in their lives. As we age, women share a variety of experiences. This mid-life to older-life phase offers joys and challenges. Some of us have raised children and are entering a new era where goals and responsibilities are shifting. Marital status, health concerns of those we love or ourselves, can be daunting. Responding to the needs of aging parents is a challenge faced by some, as others deal with the loss of loved ones. We offer each other support, friendship and lots of laughter as we learn from each other.

No homework or advance preparation is ever required.
